Pozitiva Association believes that young people are the key to the development of the social community and that by educating them we create the foundations for future growth and development. This project directly affects solving the problem of lack of experience and necessary skills of young people, as well as access to financial resources and infrastructure for developing their own entrepreneurial ideas, as well as the lack of perception of entrepreneurship as a driver of economic growth and job creation. In short, the project is aimed at developing the skills and capacities of young people for social entrepreneurship and self-employment.

The target group of the project is youth between the ages of 15 and 30 from the area of the City of Samobor and the City of Sveta Nedelja. Known problems faced by young people in the mentioned age group are primarily related to a lack of knowledge and skills, as well as lack of formation about the possibilities for the development of own entrepreneurial ideas and their realization, which leads to a decrease in their employability and motivation for independent business.

The goal of the project is to encourage young people to recognize and develop their own abilities, knowledge and skills to develop entrepreneurial ideas and to encourage them to persist in entrepreneurial thinking and creating a business future despite difficulties, obstacles and fears.

Specific goals of this project are to increase participants' knowledge about entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship; develop the competencies of the participants in the areas of personal entrepreneurial capacities, coming up with a business idea and creating a business plan, and technical implementation of products and/or services; provide mentoring support to participants in developing a business idea and registering and developing a business venture.

The goals of the project are aligned with the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy 2019-2021, measure 2.4.
