Employment and entrepreneurship is one of the core areas of our Action Strategy.
Our goals within this area and the measures they achieve are:
Goal 1: Increase the employability of your target groups
Measures:
- Develop the personal and professional competencies needed for employment through non-formal education programs
- Encourage active job search and provide mentoring support in the recruitment process
- Open opportunities for gaining work experience by implementing internship and internship programs
- Encourage networking of members of target groups and potential employers by organizing meetings and workshops
- Systematically develop projects and programs that in innovative ways educate and train members of target groups for the labor market
Goal 2. Develop entrepreneurial initiative and encourage self-employment
Measures:
- Develop programs aimed at educating target groups about entrepreneurship and opportunities to start your own entrepreneurial venture
- Develop the personal and professional competencies needed for self-employment through non-formal education programs
- Present examples of good practice through networking activities of members of target groups and entrepreneurs
