Membership
Membership in the Association is defined by the Statute, from which we single out:
Any citizen of the Republic of Croatia and a legal entity with its registered office in the Republic of Croatia who accept the provisions of this Statute may become a member of the Association. Legal entities become members of the Association through an authorized representative.
A member of the Association may become a foreigner and a legal entity with a registered office abroad (foreign legal entity), provided that the paragraph referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. A foreigner or a representative of a foreign legal entity that is a member of the Association may be a member of the body of the Association.
By joining the Association, you accept the Statute of the Association and the rights and obligations of members. Annual membership fee running from 1.1. current year, as well as your activities in the Association, you support the work of the Association and contribute to the sustainable development of the City of Samobor and its surroundings.
