Since its founding in 2011, the Association has operated on a volunteer basis, and with the institutional support of the National Foundation for Civil Society Development in 2016, it is gaining financial capacity for the first employment.

Today the Association has 3 employees.


Vice President / Project Manager

She has been a member and volunteer of the Association since 2015, and since 2016 she has been employed as a project manager. Her job is also her greatest passion, as well as an inexhaustible source of inspiration and creativity. So far, she has actively participated in the preparation and implementation of over 20 international and over 120 local projects and activities.

In addition to project management, Romina as a trainer / facilitator conducts a range of international and local activities for young people as a target group, and the central theme she deals with is active citizenship and the involvement of young people in the decision-making process.

For academic success and scientific work she was awarded 2 Rector's and 3 Dean's awards. She volunteered in the Croatian Parliament and was the president of the Youth Council of the City of Samobor and a member of the Zagreb County Youth Council.


Project manager

Barbara is a professional project management specialist, who joined the Pozitiva 2020 team in a project funded by the Ministry of Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy.

Its role in Pozitiva is the preparation and implementation of local and international projects, administrative and financial operations, and ensuring the visibility of projects and the dissemination of project results.

Barbara likes to say that she lives her dream in Pozitiva because she learns how important it is to believe in herself and has a constant opportunity to express her creativity.


Logistics Manager

Marko has been a member of Pozitiva since 2020 and is part of a team that translates dreams and visions into reality. Employed as a logistics manager, he is the driving force behind the establishment of our training center.

His role is to maintain real estate owned / used by the Association, to organize logistical arrangements for the implementation of local and international projects and all other practical things that are a little more difficult and demanding for other team members.

Marko joined the Positive team to step out of his comfort zone and contribute to his personal growth and development, as well as the development of his local community.
